| Custom Drop on Top

| This top is designed to be easily installed on a standard
18.5 by 24 inch vanity base - the base shown is an inexpensive Mill's Pride unit but will fit any base measuring 18.5 by 24 inches or less. The southwestern design
is accentuated by the imported sink and thick back splash. The thickness of the top is 2 inches including a .75 inch drop below the
base top surface.

| The finished size is 27 inches wide by 20.5 inches deep -
perfect for the powder room, half bath or small bathroom. This is a beautiful and fully functional addition designed to be the focal point of
the bathroom.

| The top is constructed of individually laid and fitted 1.5 cm square pieces of tumbled Botticino marble
accented around the edges with polished Rosa Verona marble.

| The designs are of polished Rosa Verona and Emerald Green marble.
|
| The sink used is quality Mexican Talavera in a medium 14 by 17 inch size.

| The top is bored to accept faucets with 4 inch spacing - conventional as shown or mini spread
that will fit a 1.25 inch opening. Faucets are not included.

| Sandstone is the grout color used. A matte finish sealer is used - grout and sealers
are supplied by Custom Building Products for long life with minimal upkeep.

| Installation is easy - the top may be securely mounted using silicon adhesive - faucet and drain
install conventionally. The installation only takes about one hour and requires only a wrench to attach the plumbing!

| The marble used in this top is also available mesh backed by the square foot at VERY affordable prices.
